1. General Terms

- We may suspend, terminate, or modify our services at any time.
- Eternity RP is NOT affiliated with Rockstar Games or GTA 5.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Using our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation of other players
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unfair advantages
- Claiming ownership of GTA 5 or FiveM materials
- You must be at least 18 years old to play
3. Refund Policy
All purchases made are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do NOT guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. You use Eternity RP at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages. Our liability will never exceed the amount you paid.
6. Indemnification
By using Eternity RP, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eternity RP from any claims arising from your use.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (or your hosting region).
